Refund & Returns Policy for AIR Wellness Retreats™

At AIR Wellness Retreats™, we prioritize our commitment to ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients. We recognize that unexpected situations might arise, compelling you to alter your travel plans. For such instances, we present our revamped refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed according to the following structure:

  • More than 60 days prior to the retreat start date: Participants are entitled to a refund, excluding a non-refundable deposit of $500.
  • Between 30 and 60 days prior to the retreat start date: Participants will receive a 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500.
  • Less than 14 days before the retreat start date: Regrettably, no refund will be available. However, participants may either transfer their booking to another individual (pending approval) or use the amount paid as credit towards another retreat within 12 months.

Cancellation by Us

Should AIR Wellness Retreats™ find it necessary to cancel a retreat due to unexpected events like natural disasters, insufficient participant enrollment, or any uncontrollable circumstances, participants will be granted a complete refund of the amount paid to AIR Wellness Retreats™. Please note, however, that AIR Wellness Retreats™ is not liable for any additional expenses the participant might have incurred, such as airline tickets or prior accommodation bookings.

    By booking a retreat with us, you confirm your agreement with this policy. It is strongly advised that all participants ensure they have comprehensive insurance coverage, including travel, cancellation, and medical insurance, to safeguard against unforeseen situations.

    Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original mode of payment and may require up to 14 business days for completion.
