I don't have enough time for a retreat

Wellness retreats are too expensive

I can't meditate

Andrea began her fitness journey in college, dabbling in weightlifting and aerobics. She later injured her neck doing kickboxing in grad school, and doctors suggested surgery. However, her life changed when she found yoga in her mid-20s. Initially a part-time passion, teaching yoga eventually turned into her career. Even after exploring other fitness methods like TRX, Spinning, and Pilates, yoga remained her core focus. As an RYT 500 hr instructor, Andrea is deeply committed to guiding people toward wellness. Specializing in Vinyasa Yoga and mindfulness, she brings a holistic touch to her classes, targeting physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Her dynamic sequences, personalized coaching, and nurturing style create an environment for growth and self-compassion. Students leave her class not just physically refreshed, but emotionally and spiritually balanced. Kimberly Palisin is a distinguished expert in the fields of fitness and wellness. Holding certifications as a personal trainer, a 200-hour registered yoga instructor, and a specialist in weight loss and fitness nutrition, Kimberly champions a comprehensive approach to health. Her proficiency spans youth fitness, women's fitness, and TRX instruction, underlining her dedication to guiding clients towards their wellness objectives. Beyond physical training, Kimberly's role as a wellness coach emphasizes her passion for fostering a holistic approach to well-being. She firmly believes that genuine wellness starts from within. As a dedicated mother of three, she exemplifies a balanced lifestyle by actively incorporating fitness and nutritious choices in her daily routine. Kimberly’s enduring commitment illuminates that achieving a balanced life is not merely an ambition but a consistent practice.
