Position: Compliance Officer Location: Orlando, FL (32801) Client: State of Florida Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a Compliance Officer to handle complaints and ensure adherence to state statutes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves analyzing complaints, advising constituents, and managing documentation in relevant systems. Key Responsibilities: Engage with constituents to discuss and analyze complaints. Interpret Florida state statutes to assess issues. Provide resources and referrals as needed. Document actions in the OnBase system. Close cases accurately in the Versa system. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret Florida statutes. Professional experience working with the public. Exceptional organizational skills.
