Shift Schedule:
\n\n1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM ($16/hour)
\n\t\n\t2nd Shift: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM ($18/hour)
\n\t\n\tSchedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotate)
\n\t\n\tPay: Weekly pay – Every Friday!
\n\t\n About the Role:
\nYanjan is seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Assembly Specialists to join our team as Assistant Operators on C Shift. In this hands-on role, you will support machine operations and material handling to ensure efficient and accurate production processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and want to grow within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
\n\nCut open and empty 55 lb (25 kg) resin bags into mixers using a breakaway knife.
\n\t\n\tAssist in lifting resin bags from pallets next to the machine (this process will become automated in the future).
\n\t\n\tSupport machine operators during machine startups.
\n\t\n\tPerform vacuum filter changes as needed.
\n\t\n\tTransport rolls from the machine to the packing line (rolls weigh up to 50 lbs).
\n\t\n\tFeed edge trim from rolls into the waste hopper.
\n\t\n\tEnter weights and measurements into the computer system; general data entry.
\n\t\n\tWeigh scrap materials and measure rolls for documentation.
\n\t\n\tMaintain cleanliness of the work area and follow proper sanitation procedures.
\n\t\nRequired PPE and Dress Code:
\n\nSafety glasses and hearing protection (provided by the company).
\n\t\n\tSlip-resistant, steel/composite toe safety shoes are required.
\n\t\n\tAcceptable attire: jeans and t-shirts. Clothing must be clean and appropriately fitted for safety.
\n\t\n\tNo jewelry allowed. Please refer to our additional policy on shorts.
\n\t\nWork Environment Policies:

\n\t\nQualifications:
\n\nAbility to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
\n\t\n\tComfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods.
\n\t\n\tBasic computer skills for data entry.
\n\t\n\tPrior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus but not required.
