Web Designer
Location: Little Rock, AR (On-site)
Schedule: Primarily Monday – Friday, with occasional project-based flexibility
Compensation: Based on experience | Benefits: Not included
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and imaginative Web Designer to support an expanding client digital portfolio. This role will work directly with the founder and creative team to design visually striking, easy-to-navigate websites for a range of clients and internal brand projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in both visual and UX design, and capable of collaborating within a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and build clean, responsive websites using WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
· Translate client and internal concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs
· Ensure brand consistency across digital designs and client projects
· Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
· Collaborate with photographers, content creators, and brand strategists on integrated campaigns
· Maintain and update existing websites as needed
· Troubleshoot layout or formatting issues and implement design improvements
· Stay informed on current design trends and best practices
Requirements:
· Proven experience in website design
· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
· Experience with front-end platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace)
· Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (advanced coding not required, but a plus)
· Excellent communication and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Strong visual sense with attention to spacing, color, typography, and branding
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
· Experience in creative agency or freelance environment
· Photography, video, or social media design experience
· Familiarity with SEO and site analytics tools

· Business casual attire required
· Candidates must maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance
