The General Manager for our Contract Sales practice will have primary responsibility for the client impact, profitability, and growth of inside sales and field sales outsourcing; business is today roughly $160M in revenues. The GM will have responsibility and a leadership role to maintain and grow the business revenue, diversify the client base, and enhance service methods; and to drive analytic-enablement innovations and efficiencies that expand margins and opportunities across our Healthcare Provider (HCP) Activation capabilities.

In addition to standard GM responsibilities for financial and team management, sales & marketing strategies, the role is directly client-facing, building transformative client partnerships to improve their critical business levers, and market-facing, fostering collaborations with third parties to enhance our value proposition and impact. The GM will also shape and lead the analytic-enablement strategy of the business.

Drive top line sales and revenue by:

  • Achieving Revenue plan of 162.6M and TCV of 212.5M
  • Developing strategies to increase sales and revenue in the short and long term at segment levels
  • Overseeing targeting prioritization and execution
  • Managing sales & marketing strategies across segments and product lifecycle
  • Partnering with Centers of Excellence and other business lines to promote cross-portfolio offerings including data, analytics, digital, brand, and technology
  • Utilizing analytics to support therapy expertise and delivery strategies
  • Innovating new offerings to maintain industry leadership and adapt to industry norms
  • Demonstrating leadership and expertise during client presentations to improve win rates
  • Ensuring delivery success and high client satisfaction

Drive bottom line profitability by:

  • Managing expenses and driving profit growth
  • Supporting clients effectively through recruiting, training, and project management
  • Implementing Lean initiatives to reduce operating costs and meet savings targets annually
  • Ensuring compliance and performance to mitigate challenges

Manage the practice through:

  • Owning P&L and financial targets
  • Fostering people development and EVP
  • Maintaining overall client impact and satisfaction
  • Developing and executing operational plans aligned with corporate objectives
  • Building positive relationships with third-party collaborators and partners
  • Collaborating with the RBU leadership team on strategy, innovation, and delivery
  • Leading thought leadership and market innovation, including novel engagement metrics
  • Building and refining client materials and case studies
  • Establishing and maintaining pricing structures
  • Maintaining client references and developing use case offerings
  • Partnering organization-wide to build integrated offerings leveraging analytics and technology
  • Expanding capabilities and technology infrastructure to support growth
  • Identifying and executing partnership and acquisition strategies as needed
  • Providing leadership to foster a high-performance culture through communication, expectation setting, and cultural development

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $211,700 to $589,700. Actual offers may vary based on qualifications, location, and other factors. Incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
