1-800-GOT-JUNK? is always looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams . We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks. Truck Team Driver – General Labor / Customer Service  Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week Pay: $20-$27 /hr. avg all-in (inclusive of base pay of $17.50-22, tips,   bonus & incentives)  You'll be joining a great team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?where you can grow your skills, earn great pay, stay in shape, and feel good about the work you do. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences.  About the position:  Each shift starts at our office where you'll be  matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities About you: ~23+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes).  ~ Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record  ~ A positive , friendly attitude ~ Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly ~ Good communication skills Additional Perks:  ICHRA -  Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days Simple IRA-  Retirement Match up to 3% Holiday Pay- 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend- $15-$30 per mo. determined by hours worked
