The Latin Tour Marketing Coordinator will support the Latin Tour Marketing Director who is responsible for supporting artist agency and management representative partners in developing marketing campaigns for nationally and internationally booked tours. This role involves sharing information across teams, organizing campaigns, facilitating tracking, and supporting stakeholders in execution. Responsibilities include performing administrative and marketing support duties for the Tour Marketing team, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and track advertising budgets, processing advertising invoices, compiling advertising settlement recap reports, coordinating execution of tickets or applicable prizing for programs and promotions, coordinating tour details including on sale timing and marketing instructions with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating tour logistics, liaising with internal and external teams on tour details, assisting with coordination, set up and on-site duties at shows and press events, assisting in meeting preparation with artist representatives, researching audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans, and ensuring all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools. Requirements include 2-4 years marketing experience preferably in Latin music, entertainment, or media, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, fluency in Spanish, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, ability to work well in a team, prioritize and meet deadlines, excellent organizational skills, creativity and problem-solving aptitude, strong computer skills in MS Office and G-Suite, and ability to learn project management software/tools. Entertainment industry experience and passion for Latin music and live experiences are preferred.
