### About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager II who will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our product offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, advocating for customer needs, and driving product evolution to improve user experience and business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, DevOps, Engineering Leadership, and customer-facing departments, to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge. Your expertise will help define product priorities and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-impact technical solutions.

### What You'll Be Doing:
- Vision & Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for our API Partner Platform and internal tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams (DevOps, Partnerships, Engineering) and external stakeholders (customers, partners).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with teams to develop scalable technical solutions that enhance system stability and reliability.
- API Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for our API Partner Platform, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Simplifying Complexity: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, user-friendly product features.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs to ensure our API platform is intuitive and valuable.
- Product Roadmap & Execution: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market needs and user feedback.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors to optimize collaboration and performance.

### Who You Are:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience in software development).
- Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions (experience in Call Center, Lead Generation, or Customer Experience (CX) industries is a plus).
- Technical Experience: 2+ years of experience in software engineering or development, ideally within CCaaS, UCaaS, or other CX platforms with a dialer component.
- API & Platform Proficiency: Experience in building API integrations is required. Familiarity with Call Tracking/Routing Platforms and real-time Revenue Execution Platforms is preferred.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work directly with architects and engineers to ensure business and technical requirements align.
- Agile Methodologies Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile development, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A track record of understanding customer needs and delivering impactful solutions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Passion for innovation, with a holistic approach to enhancing user experience and functionality.
- Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to Multitask: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

### Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000
- Compensation packages are based on market benchmarks, experience, expertise, and geographic location. Equity is available for eligible full-time roles, along with a generous 401(k) match and comprehensive benefits.
