Bridge Investment Group is hiring rising seniors for our Summer Accounting Internship in Salt Lake City, Utah. This program offers unique exposure to the recording and reporting processes within one of the fastest-growing global real estate private equity firms. Interns will gain insight into corporate procedures within a public company that manages multiple private equity funds across the real estate investment cycle.
What You'll Experience As a Summer Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing accounting team. You'll work closely with senior management and contribute to company-wide initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Supporting the review of periodic financials, including variance analysis and overhead allocations.
- Helping with acquisition and consolidation accounting tasks.
- Participating in the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Assisting with journal entries, reconciliations, and internal control reviews.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring We're looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Ideal applicants will have:
- A strong interest in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
