Pilatus is hiring a Spare Parts Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers for all parts requirements. In addition, you will provide technical information and answer complex questions in response to inquiries. A successful person in this role will develop and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring that all required parts are supplied in a timely and efficient manner. What you do Creates and/or processes Sales Orders for customersCreates and/or processes Invoices for customersCoordinates efforts to meet AOG and Expedite needs until part is delivered to end customerActs as a liaison between customer and Pilatus for all parts inquiriesProcesses the Return Material Authorization (RMA) requestsProcesses customer direct shipments from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd or vendorProvides price quotes and processes price/availability requests from customersResearches parts using the IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resourcesMaintains the highest levels of customer satisfactionOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesParticipates in 24/7/365 AOG on call rotationMonitors and processes customer open ordersEnsures compliance with Pilatus Service Center Policies and ProceduresEnsures adherence to Pilatus internal ProceduresAlerts Accounting of any company that is not current with their accountPerforms other related duties as assigned by management What you bring 1+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts and high school degree or equivalentPilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferredStrong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional softwareAbility to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plusProfessional manner, excellent oral/written communication, and customer service skills essentialEffective interpersonal communication and excellent customer service skillsAbility to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basisMust meet the criteria of a . person as defined under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62 What we offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9, 600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2, 250 for single coverage and $3, 000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6%Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first year
