Laurel Hill Center is seeking a compassionate, equity-driven Housing Navigator to support individuals in securing and maintaining stable housing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, community-based environment and is passionate about housing justice, mental health recovery, and harm reduction.
About the RoleAs a Housing Navigator, you'll provide personalized case management, skills training, and advocacy to help participants achieve their housing goals. You'll work closely with landlords, service providers, and Coordinated Care Organizations to remove barriers and build sustainable housing solutions. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals navigating complex systems while striving for stability and independence.
