Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic IT Project Manager to support internal enterprise technology initiatives with a focus on infrastructure, IT operations, and cross-functional systems delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of Agile SDLC practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead complex hardware-oriented projects across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, and systems integration efforts.
  2. Engage cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications to drive delivery.
  3. Own the full project lifecycle: charter creation, roadmap planning, status reporting, risks/issues, and stakeholder communication.
  4. Prioritize and sequence multiple initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and interdependencies.
  5. Facilitate governance, decision-making, and cross-team alignment—not just through tools (e.g., Clarity) but through strong ownership and collaboration.
  6. Translate business needs into actionable project plans and coordinate effectively across vendors and internal stakeholders.
  7. Create and deliver executive-level documentation, reporting, and project briefings.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience managing IT or enterprise projects, with recent focus on hardware, infrastructure, or network-related initiatives.
  2. Strong familiarity with Agile SDLC and hybrid delivery methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
  3. Proven ability to manage 8–10+ concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with limited supervision.
  4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—must demonstrate ability to influence, negotiate, and engage proactively with stakeholders.
  5. Experience managing vendor relationships, evaluating hardware OEMs, and overseeing technology rollouts is a plus.
  6. Experience using enterprise project tools like Clarity PPM for reporting and tracking, but with strategic thinking beyond tool updates.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Background in IT operations, infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, or OEM vendor management.
  2. Experience managing hardware-related projects in environments like data centers, enterprise IT refresh cycles, or networking infrastructure.
  3. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other agile project tools is helpful.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A strategic thinker who can operate autonomously and make informed decisions under ambiguity.
  2. Someone who builds strong stakeholder relationships, takes initiative, and leads with clarity—not just completes updates.
  3. Candidates aligned to infrastructure delivery and hardware environments (not solely software development).
