Job Description: Saab’s Surveillance U.S. Division in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer with experience in radar systems . The successful candidate will: Execute software and/or hardware testing at various levels of the build process (e.g. unit, subsystem, and system). Support integration activities, troubleshooting and regression testing. Conduct engineering dry runs and formal test events with customer participation. Identify, generate and validate test tools as necessary. Develop integration & test plans and procedures and supporting test scripts. Write test reports documenting the results of formal test events. Analyze requirements and develop verification strategies for those requirements. Support test environment design activities and build up. Compensation Range: $99,100 - $128,800 The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training. Skills and Experience: Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline is required. 10 years of experience in a technical/engineering environment. Familiarity with Saab products, processes and customers. Familiarity with LabView, DOORs and Matlab. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across disciplines and organizations. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen.
