Fast Casual Restaurant District Manager – (Overseeing 4 Units)

Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence : Drive operational excellence across all restaurants within your district by implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff members. Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive employee engagement and achieve performance targets.
• Financial Performance : Maximize sales and profitability through effective cost management, revenue growth strategies, and inventory control. Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial objectives.
• Customer Experience : Ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Brand Compliance : Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all locations, including the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu updates.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in fast casual dining.
• Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and familiarity with the Greater Chicago area market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
