Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Control Manager who will ensure that all policies, procedures, and documents meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance with 21 CFR Parts 111 and 117, cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards
Manage quality systems, including documentation, CAPA processes, and supplier qualifications
Review and approve product quality records, non-compliance documentation, and material dispositions
Train and mentor supervisors, fostering leadership and continuous improvement
Analyze KPIs, enforce quality standards, and drive operational enhancements
Stay current with FDA regulations, ensuring timely updates and corrections to processes
Position Requirements:
A background in Quality Control in any field
Managerial experience
The ability to communicate effectively
Strong leadership skills with experience training and mentoring teams to meet and exceed standards
Strategic analytical thinking ability with a focus on continuous improvement
Detail-oriented and organized mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining compliance
The ability to learn regulatory standards and applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments
