Join to apply for the Production Test Pilot / CFI role at Enstrom Helicopter Corporation . Position Responsibilities: Conduct production flight tests of new aircraft following approved procedures to ensure they meet design and performance specifications. Debrief engineering and manufacturing personnel on ground and flight discrepancies and assist in resolving issues. Track & balance main rotor blade sets. Perform pre/post maintenance flights to assess airworthiness and FAA compliance. Support sales and marketing through demonstration flights. Adhere to production acceptance test procedures and company SOPs. Requirements: At least 1000 helicopter flight hours as Pilot in Command. Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial and CFI certificate. Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead. Helicopter Instrument Rating (desirable). A&P License (desirable). Previous Enstrom flight time (desirable).
