JOB STATEMENT/PURPOSE:
Pizza Cook is to execute the vision/mission of Uncle Joes Pizza in their Uncle Joes Pizzeria. Key responsibility areas include food production, quality assurance, and 100% customer satisfaction.

• Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our guests.
• Maintain food quality standards approved by Uncle Joes Pizza.
• Maintain Uncle Joes Pizza standards of portion control and quality controls.
• Participate in dough production, ensuring all dough is weighed and portion controlled.
• Ensure that all areas of the kitchen/ prep area are clean and spotless.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working area (Clean as you go).

• Municipal Food Worker Card.
• Prior pizza making experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Excellent job skills and attendance required.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.

• Maintain production area cleanliness and appearance at all times.
• Clean as you go.
• Maintain proper stock rotations and efficient usage of product.
• Ensure all vendor deliveries are stocked and rotated (FIFO).
• Other tasks and duties based on the needs of the business
