About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager / Marketing Coordinator to support both administrative operations and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks—handling essential office duties, payroll processing, and owner reporting—while also playing a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with our Portfolio Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management (Administrative)

  • Collect and submit bi-weekly payroll in coordination with leadership and/or accounting provider
  • Prepare and email weekly reports for ownership (formatting, summarizing key updates)
  • Maintain organized records of administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating vendor communication, and supporting day-to-day office functions

Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers to implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Coordinate content creation (email marketing, social media, print materials, etc.)
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and timelines
  • Track performance of campaigns and gather data for reporting and analysis
  • Maintain branding consistency across all communication channels

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration and/or marketing coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, or similar)
