The Office Coordinator has knowledge of organizational policies and functions within the department. Responsibilities include answering phones, dispatching public safety staff to needed locations, creating badges, access control, effective customer relations, and priority setting skills. Job Requirements Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Required: At least 1 year of previous office experience Skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proficient computer skills Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
