Location: South Shore, MA (including Hingham, Scituate, Cohasset, Hanover, Halifax, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth, and surrounding areas)

Are you a licensed Auto Damage Appraiser in Massachusetts looking for flexible hours and the ability to work independently? Our well-established and fast-paced auto appraisal firm is actively seeking experienced professionals to join our team—both full-time and part-time positions available.

We offer the flexibility to make your own schedule, work from the comfort of your home, and cover small, condensed territories that minimize travel time. Our team members have the option to write appraisals remotely or utilize our office space in Hyannis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess damaged vehicles within your designated South Shore territory
• Prepare and submit accurate physical damage claims in a timely manner
• Collaborate with vehicle owners, insurance companies, auto repair facilities, and internal staff to ensure a smooth and efficient appraisal process

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License (Applicants without this license cannot be considered, per state law)
• Must reside in or near the assigned territory and have reliable transportation to perform in-person vehicle inspections
• Proven experience writing physical damage claims
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
