Job Description

Position: Freelance Digital Project Manager/Producer 
Location: Remote 
Type: Contract/Freelance 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of web projects, from initial planning to final delivery. 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and timelines. 

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 

• Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. 

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. 

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members. 

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time and within budget. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Producer, particularly in web projects. 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies. 

• Familiarity with web development processes and technologies. 

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. 

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry. 

• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices. 

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools. 

• Experience with blocking and tracking on digital website builds or refreshes. 

• Some exposure to or management of the integration of AI-related technologies into the web dev lifecycle.
