Field Surveyor / Survey Interviewer @ Changi Airport job at INSIGHTS TABLE PTE. LTD. West Islip, NY, US

Job Description

Location : Changi Airport (Fully Air-conditioned)
Job Types : 1 Year service contract (2 months of probation)
Hourly Pay : Between $12 - $15/hr
Supplemental Pay : Performance bonus

> Experience: Market research: 1 year (Preferred) Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Job Scope Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad) Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions) Job requirements and expectations Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably Proficient in the use of iPad/Android tablet Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisors on a timely manner Past experience in market research, survey interviewing and customer service would be beneficial Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between) Able to commit at least 6 weekend days in a month.
