Position: Sales Representative – Moving Industry

Location: Oakland Park, FL (on-site)

Shift Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday to Friday, Off
• Saturday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective customers and drive sales
• Manage and convert leads efficiently into closed deals
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals
• Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts for moving services confidently and professionally

Requirements:

• Phone sales experience required; moving sales experience highly preferred
• Strong closing skills with a results-driven, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to commit to the set work schedule as outlined above
• Energetic, motivated individuals who excel in a competitive sales environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Paid Training: $300–$500 per week, based on experience
• Commission Structure:
• 15% on sales under $5,000
• 20% on sales between $5,000 – $7,499
• 25% on sales between $7,500 – $12,000
• 30% on sales over $12,000
