**Overview** Are you an experienced Health Insurance Agent looking for a part-time opportunity during AEP? BroadPath is hiring **Licensed Health Insurance Agents** for a seasonal, part-time work-from-home role! As a remote agent, you'll provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options. You'll qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare plan when applicable. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working part-time from home. **Responsibilities** + Use active listening and in-depth knowledge to complete a thorough needs analysis and recommend a plan that fits + Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through Medicare plan options + Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects + Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process + Represent BroadPath and our Fortune 10 client partners with professionalism and care + Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team **Qualifications** + Active resident Health Insurance Producer License + Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1+ successful season(s) as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent supporting Medicare plans in a telesales environment (virtual or onsite) + Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment + Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency + Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close **Compensation Highlights** + Salaries starting at $20 per hour, with potential to earn more based on experience + Training completion bonus for those that have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance first week of production + End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics + Project-specific incentives + Bonus details will be provided during training **What You'll Need to Provide** + 19" (or larger) monitor with VGA or HDMI port and cable prior to your first day with BroadPath + USB-wired mouse and optional USB-wired keyboard + Ethernet cable with reliable hardwired internet (minimum 25mbps download / 10mbps upload) + Internet that is not hard-wired, such as WiFi or cellular data connections, will not maintain a stable VPN connection and will result in removal from the project + Maintain a private, distraction-free work from home environment to protect member confidentiality and eliminate background noise **What BroadPath Provides** + Laptop, headset, and Bhive webcam for the duration of the assignment **Diversity Statement** _At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
