Job Qualifications

As our Executive Chef, you'll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of culinary management experience in high-volume operations.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team building.
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, food cost control, and artistic presentations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, fostering a positive work community.
  • A strong ability to adapt, build strategy, and oversee kitchen operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities

As the Executive Chef in Glendale, AZ, you'll:

  • Lead all culinary operations for the restaurant.
