Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Director of Finance, you will:

• Direct Financial Operations: Oversee the financial operations of our assigned entity, ensuring smooth and efficient management of internal controls, reporting, and policy implementation.
• Lead Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable function to guarantee timely and accurate invoice payments.
• Enhance Efficiency: Seek out opportunities for automation and improved financial processes.
• Engage with Teams: Collaborate with all levels of the organization and external vendors to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop Staff: Mentor and guide your team to achieve strategic and operational objectives while fostering a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: At least five years of progressively responsible finance experience, including two years in a management role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication abilities, along with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions

In this role, you will:

• Work in a professional business attire environment.
• Be available for on-call duties during emergencies.
• Travel may be required within and outside the Houston Metropolitan area.
