Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Wright Brothers, Inc.

Location: Montgomery, Ohio

Reports To: Ownership Group

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • Develop plus – importantly - execute strategic and tactical plans for long-term business growth
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial approach in identifying new business opportunities
  • Work closely with owners and leadership team to preserve company legacy
  • Attend weekly ownership meetings and deliver monthly performance reviews
  • Make capital investment recommendations and optimize real estate/investments

Sales Leadership

  • Actively participate in sales activities to drive revenue growth
  • Meet with prospective customers and maintain key account relationships
  • Monitor contracts, pricing, profit margins, and renewal timelines
  • Maintain regular communication with sales teams across all businesses
  • Participate in leadership and sales expertise training programs

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Collaborate with in-house experts to optimize business operations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and industry regulations
  • Develop effective employee needs assessment and training programs
  • Lead succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline

Financial Management

  • Guide forward-looking financial strategy
  • Provide oversight to routine accounting assuring accurate financial statements
  • Recommend and schedule capital investments to improve business efficiency and timely providing equipment for new customers

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership track record in business development and operations
  • Strong technical skills with passion for sales and operations management
  • Industry experience with team leadership capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple business units
  • Experience in succession planning and leadership development
  • Strong financial acumen for guiding investments and growth
  • Technical bachelor’s degree.
  • Industry experience with leadership authority and responsibilities
  • Previous P&L responsibility
