Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Design and oversee data-driven, ethical behavior programs.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and allied professionals to coordinate care.
- Provide direct services and modeling as needed in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
- Analyze progress data, document sessions, and maintain compliance with BACB and licensing standards.
- Provide crisis support and uphold client dignity and safety at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification and/or LBA license (or eligibility for licensure in Illinois)
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Experience creating BIPs and supervising clinical staff
- Strong commitment to ethical and compassionate care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the Orthodox Jewish community
- Knowledge of trauma-informed ABA practices and mediated learning
- Comfortable working across diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community)
- Familiarity with data platforms and digital tools
