Raceway Motors is seeking a full-time, Appointment Setter.

Qualifications:

• A proven record of getting prospects engaged over the phone.
• Show a willingness to accept direction.
• Being customer service oriented and skilled with technology is a strong need.
• This position will depend heavily upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to build upon relationships over the phone.

Duties:

• This role will call prospects that have contacted the dealership from multiple sources of advertising we have in the market.
• You will be the first contact from the dealership and we want the right person to help us start the conversation that will assist the customer in meeting their transportation needs in a professional and polite manner!

The right candidate will be trained to meet the role's requirements.
