Schedule: Flexible shifts based on operational needs. Work 4 shifts split between Day (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or Night (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), on either the front half (Sunday-Wednesday) or back half (Wednesday-Saturday) of the week. Rotation follows a 4 days on / 3 days off or 3 days on / 4 days off schedule.

Pay: $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform office and administrative tasks such as supply inventory, database management, reporting, and answering phones.
  • Audit logs, trip reports, and DOT documentation; maintain files and support driver equipment requests.
  • Update and track moves in the yard management system, maintain records, and dispatch drivers.
  • Maintain and distribute route books, interact with drivers daily, and escalate concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with Safety team as needed and ensure confidentiality in all matters.
  • Prioritize workload, adapt to changing requirements, and complete additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of general office experience preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Lift and/or move up to 25lbs
